Esther Villajos graduated in Business Administration and Management, where she later completed, with an extraordinary award, the master’s degree in Social Economy. In 2019 she defended her doctoral thesis entitled “The Relationship between human resource practices and sustainable well-being at Work. The Analysis of its mediators and Moderators” with a Cum Laude grade and international mention, within the doctoral program in Human Resources Psychology (IDOCAL). She was able to complete this doctorate thanks to an FPI scholarship from the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.
She has been a teacher at several Valencian universities, as well as a teacher at the Università del Salento thanks to an Erassus+ scholarship. She has carried out several research stays both nationally and internationally. She has participated in various research projects funded both nationally and internationally, and as a principal investigator and as part of a research team.
