Research training

There are 24 credits devoted to research training. This is a three-step process: The Position Paper (or project, 6 credits), the Research Work (first version of the student scientific manuscript, 14 credits), and the Master Thesis (improved research manuscript, 4 credits).

During the process, the student must prepare the different versions of the manuscript and defend them in a public session with a jury. In addition, he/she also must prepare a separate letter describing how the feedback received in the previous step is incorporated into the new version of the manuscript. Thus, there is a systematic process through which the student experiences the process of submission of manuscripts for external evaluation.

There is also a specific Methodology course (4 credits) related to the specific research work of each student.
