The Work and Organizational Psychologist is involved in various areas, such as employee recruitment by designing assessment and selection tools. It also participates in the training and development of employees by implementing programs to improve their skills. It also focuses on creating evaluation and reward systems while addressing motivation and engagement through personalized strategies. In addition, it facilitates organizational change, improves workplace design, fosters leadership and group dynamics, promotes diversity and inclusion, and ensures health and safety at work.

In addition to regular courses and other activities on WOP-P Master (research, Winter School), the Practicum (or professional internship) is compulsory (20 ECTS credits). The practicum exposes the student to manage real situations in organizational life under a scheme of supervision where they have the support of both academic and professional tutors who supervise the acquisition of competencies established in the WOP-P Master.
