Núria Tordera Santamatilde has a doctorate in psychology and is a senior lecturer at the Social Psychology Department at the University of Valencia. She teaches undergraduate and graduate classes, mainly in organizational psychology, and is the local Coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) at the same University. She is also participating in other postgraduate programs such as the International Joint Master in research in Work and Organizational Psychology (IJRWOP), the Master in Human Resource Management, and the doctoral program in Psychology of Human Resources. Within the Unit of Work and Organizational Psychology and Human Resources, she has participated in various research projects. She occasionally collaborates doing research in other research centers. She has published in various Spanish and international scientific journals (eg. Journal of Applied Psychology, Psychology, and Health; European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology; European Psychologist; Journal of Health and Social Behavior). Her areas of interest mainly lie in the analysis of organizational climate and leadership, service quality, the study of well-being and quality of work-life, and age and work.
