+25 years of experience in Human Resources Management positions across different industries: SEAT, VW, (automotive), Zurich (financial), Pharmacia (pharmaceutical), and Grupo Codorniu (FCG, beverages). +20 years holding positions at the C-Suite level implementing People Management Strategies and Culture and Change Management Strategies globally.

Currently TALENT & CULTURE, CSR, and ENVIRONMENT DIRECTOR for EUROPE and ASIA at DRAXTON (automotive industry).

Additionally to the Executive Role in the organization, my curiosity took me to develop as an entrepreneur, founding CT GROUP – COACHING the TRANSFORMATION, a company oriented to support Human Resources departments in their development and implementation of change processes and offering Executive Coaching to CEOs and Senior Management teams to enhance competitive and humanistic working environments.

MENTOR for HR teams and start-up entrepreneurs in several organizations and acted as vice president for Mentoring Programmes at the PROFESSIONAL WOMEN’S NETWORK (PWN).
