Ramos, J.

José Ramos is full professor of Work and Organizational Psychology in the Department of Social Psychology (Faculty of Psychology, University of Valencia, Spain), and researcher of IDOCAL (University Institute of Psychology of Human Resources, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life) and IVIE (Valencia Institute of Economics Research). He is the current Head of the Social Psychology Department at the University of Valencia where served as the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology from 2006 to 2012 and Vice-Dean for Academic Affaires from 1999 to 2006.  Prof. Ramos is member of the Executive Committee of EAWOP from May 2015.  Dr. Ramos had conducted different research projects and published papers on “Organisational Climate”, “Service Quality”, “Management of Service Organisations” and “Psychological contracts across employment situations”. His research interest covers other topics as innovation in organizations and the process of youngsters’ labor market entry, paying attention to variables like employability, career adaptability and over-qualification.
