Paulo Renato Lourenço is Assistant Professor of Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology at the University of Coimbra (Portugal) and researcher at the Institute of Cognitive Psychology, Human and Social Development (IPCDHS). He earned his PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Coimbra and has published several research papers in books and national/international scientific journals, such as Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, European Review of Applied Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. Beyond research and teaching activities he carries out several university management tasks. Paulo Renato Lourenço is Member of the Coordination Team of the College Doctoral Tordesillas in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology. His current research interests include work teams, effectiveness, conflict management and leadership.
