WOP‑P Master’s Students Explore Equality in the Workplace ( Universitat de Barcelona, January 2026)

On January 22nd, the first-year students of the Master’s in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP‑P) at the University of Barcelona had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the factors and trends that shape the modern and future workplace within the Advanced Course. This session focused on equality in organizations.

The workshop, titled “Gender Equality Plans”, was led by Ms. Guisla Tubau, alumni WOP-P and CEO of Equals, where she supports organizations in building fair, transparent, and equitable workplaces through pay equity and gender equality strategies.
