Welcome Session for First-Year Students of the Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) at the University of Barcelona (Sep, 2025)

On 16 September 2025, the University of Barcelona (UB) hosted the welcome session for first-year students of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P).

The session marked the official start of the academic journey for the new cohort of students, who come from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds. During the event, participants were introduced to the program, and second-year students presented their mentorship initiative, designed to help newcomers integrate smoothly into both the program and university life.
