Welcome session at the University of Valencia (Sep, 2025)
The Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) welcomed its new and second-year students with an engaging opening session. Students from 18 different nationalities gather together for the beginning of the course 2025-2026.
The day began with a meeting between the coordination and support staff and the new students, providing guidance on academic life and practical aspects of the program. This was followed by a joint session with faculty and second-year students, where updates to the master were presented. Highlights included the introduction of the mentoring program, led by second-year students to support newcomers, and the program’s participation in the Go2Unis network, an initiative promoting sustainable mobility.
The session concluded with a keynote lecture delivered by Dr. Alice Maniezki titled ” Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology in a Changing World. Application in the Digital Era”, offering academic inspiration and setting the tone for the year ahead.
These welcome activities reflect the WOP-P Master’s commitment to academic excellence, student support, and international collaboration—values.
