Students’ participation in the European Conference on Work and Organizational Psychology (May, 2025)
The master’s students were granted registration in the conference for presenting their Master’s theses. The students’ involvement not only emphasized their dedication to promoting knowledge and practice in our discipline but also reinforced the program’s standing as a center for upcoming talent in this vital field.
The conference offered an opportunity for students to present their research, interact with top experts, and establish essential professional connections. Representing the WOP-P initiative (www.erasmuswop.org), the students demonstrated their readiness to engage in the evolving realm of work and organizational practices worldwide. We also had the opportunity to meet alumni from previous editions (Agustín Molina, Gosia Kozusznik, Jesús Yeves, Alena Mesentseva, Brigitte Hidalgo, Miren Chenevert, Luca Fazi).
