Master’s WOP-P Barcelona Students Explore the Future for Work Institute (January 2026)

On January 19th, the first-year students of the Master’s in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) at the University of Barcelona had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the factors and trends that shape the modern and future workplace in Human Resources.

The workshop, titled “The Future for Work Institute”, was led by Mr. Jordi Serrano, founder of Future for Work Institute (Barcelona), an independent observatory, learning community, and “think tank” that focuses on HR trends and new ideas.
