Master’s WOP-P Barcelona Students Explore Psychosocial Factors in the Future of Work (University of Barcelona, Nov 2025)

On November 13th, the second-year students of the Master’s in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) at the university of Barcelona had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the factors and risks shaping the modern workplace.

The workshop, titled “The Future of Work is Psychosocial”, was led by Sra. Anabel Fernández, CEO of Affor Health, a leading organization in workplace well-being and psychosocial risk management in Spain.
