Today, the international workshop of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in WOP-P was held.
A working session with partner universities focused on two key areas: employers’ views on HRM and the master’s quality reports.
The employers’ group analysed HRM trends, observed changes, curriculum integration and future challenges.
In parallel, the quality group reviewed the main results over time, improvements implemented and pending challenges.
A valuable space to keep strengthening the quality of the programme and its connection with professional practice.
