Entrepreneurship Conference

The Faculty of Psychology and Speech Therapy, together with the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology, will host an Entrepreneurship Conference on May 4th at the Saló d’Actes. The event aims to strengthen entrepreneurial competencies and explore international career opportunities.

The session will begin at 10:30 AM with a keynote by Prof. Carmine D’Arconte (University of Foro Italico, Rome), focusing on how personality traits and managerial competences shape performance. Later, Gabriela Dumont (Fundación Equipo Humano) will present European mobility initiatives such as EURES TMS and Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs.

Running until 1:30 PM, the conference offers participants valuable insights, practical tools, and information on international programmes to support their professional and entrepreneurial development.
