An inspiring conference on Aging and Work with Professor Franco Fraccaroli (University of Barcelona, Nov 2025)

On November 28, we had the great pleasure of hosting an insightful conference for our second-year students of the Master WOP-P program at the University of Barcelona. The session was led by Professor Franco Fraccaroli, Vice-Rector and full Professor at the University of Trento.

The conference focused on deepening students’ understanding of the role of aging in the workplace, exploring how aging intersects with the new economy, work design, and the experiences of older workers.
