WOP-P Master’s Students Explore AI Tools for Career Development in Online Seminar with Mantu (Oct, 2026)

On 14 October, students from the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P), of the four universities participating in the consortium attended the online seminar entitled “Aim and Launch Your Career: Elevating Your Ambitions with AI Tools”, delivered by Leonardo Pergolizzi and Claudia Pergola, from Mantu.

The session focused on using AI tools to support career development, helping students explore new ways to boost their employability and prepare for their future careers. The seminar offered an opportunity to learn about the potential of AI in career planning and to reflect on how these tools can be integrated into professional development strategies.

The seminar was and was organized in the context of collaboration with Mantu to support students’ career development and professional preparation.
