Welcome Session for the New WOP-P Cohort at the University of Coimbra (Sep, 2026)

On 10 September 2026, the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Coimbra welcomed the new first-year students of the Erasmus Mundus Master’s Program in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P).

The welcome session provided an opportunity for students to meet members of the teaching staff and begin their academic journey at the University of Coimbra. The new students have also had opportunities to connect with second-year WOP-P students and alumni, sharing experiences and strengthening their sense of belonging to the WOP-P community.

With classes now underway and the full cohort together, the new students have already shown great enthusiasm and motivation for the challenges ahead. We look forward to accompanying them throughout their journey and are confident that this cohort will continue the tradition of success established by previous WOP-P generations.
