WOP-P students at the University of Coimbra take part in an experiential outdoor activity in Óbidos (April, 2026)

On 7 April 2026, Host Students from the Erasmus Mundus WOP-P Master’s programme took part in an outdoor experiential activity in the historic town of Óbidos, Portugal.

The initiative also welcomed students from the Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Coimbra, Portugal.

Based on a serious escape game, participants were challenged to complete a series of team-based tasks along a route inspired by the history and heritage of Óbidos.

The activity aimed to develop collaboration, communication, and joint problem-solving skills, while encouraging reflection on the importance of healthy, inclusive, and collaborative workplaces.

This experience strengthened the practical and participatory dimension of WOP-P by connecting academic content with meaningful teamwork and experiential learning.
