WOP-P Valencia visits the company Climate17 (December, 2022)

On 2nd of December 2022 the second-year students of the Master visited the company Climate 17. Climate17 is oriented to help other companies to find talent for their teams and help people find the next step in their careers in the sector of renewable energy.

The activity, organized by Dr. Mario Martínez-Córcoles together with the management board of the company (Carlos Soria, Martina Zandara, Damien Mura and Laura Marí), took place at the co-working where the company is located in Valencia.

The whole visit started at 10:00. After a general visit and introduction to the company, the members of the board gave an interesting talk about their change management, the implementation of sustainable actions and practices they carry out, as well as the recruitment and selection processes they use. Students raised several questions and participated actively. The visit finished with a social hour with snacks and beverages. It was a great opportunity to learn about management with purpose in the field of recruitment and selection.
