Fernando Pons is a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Valencia and a Master in HR Management and organization from ESIC. For more than twenty years he has held different positions in the area of HR management and management in the financial, industrial and retail sectors. He has also directed several consulting projects for HR and Management. In the field of teaching, he is a part-time associate professor at the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Valencia. He has published different works on innovation and management.
