University of ValenciaRosario Zurriaga is Associate Professor at the University of Valencia in Valencia (Spain). She has a Ph.D in Social Psychology with exceptional recognition, and teaches in Work and Organizational Psychology and Health Psychology. She is member of the IDOCAL (Research institute in Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Work) where she has participated in several research projects.
Her main research interests are leadership, social comparison and emotions at work (jealousy and envy). She has published books and numerous scientific papers in journals such as Journal of Vocational Behavior; Applied Psychology: An International Review, British Journal of Health Psychology, International Journal of Clinical and Health Psychology, Anxiety, Stress and Coping, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, or European Journal of work and Organizational Psychology.
