Pol, E.

Enric Pol is PhD in Psychology and Full Professor of Social and Environmental Psychology at the University of Barcelona. Since 1988 he is Director of Master of Environmental Management and Intervention: People and Society. He has been the coordinator of Barcelona team of WOP-P during 2007-2012, director of Social Psychology Department (2008-2012), and at present is the coordinator of the Social, Environmental and Organizational Research Group (PsicoSAO), since 2005. His research focuses on quality of life, appropriation and symbolism of space, both in the city and in the workplace, including the telework (see the chapter in Confort au travail, Presses Université de Laval, 2013). Main activity and research have been done on Sustainability and Environmental Management of Organizations (see chapter at Handbook of Environmental Psychology, 2002). His most recent work is the Handbook of Environmental Psychology and Quality of Life Research co-edited with G. Fleury-Bahi and O. Navarro (Springer, 2017).
